I have been involved with the motor trade in one way or another pretty much since I left school.
I started my career as an apprentice mechanic. From there I qualified and worked as a technician in various garages and main dealers, graduating to being a diagnostic technician for Alfa Romeo, Fiat and finally Chrysler Jeep.
I progressed into management and became after-sales manager for a Chrysler jeep dealership, then Area after-sales manager. About 3 years ago I semi-retired. I was offered the position of holiday cover service advisor by LVS Ltd (Soon to become LVS AG Ltd).
I was delighted to accept the position to work for a company that held the customer in such high regard, having been a customer myself. It is indeed a refreshing change from what I had experienced working within the main dealer network and is a pleasure to come to work for such a friendly and professional company that offer first class service at a fair and reasonable price.
