LVS can even service your new VAG (Volkswagen Audi Group) vehicle. All service items fitted, are genuine O.E (Original Equipment) Parts which will not affect your vehicles warranty. All O.E parts also come with a 2 year parts and labour coverage. (Some exceptions apply please see our T&Cs)

FAQs

Is there a cost for the loan car?

LVS charge just £17.50 per day and require a UK Driving Licence

Do LVS offer a loan car Service while by vehicle is in for repair?

Yes we do! LVS have 4 Loan Cars which are available every day for our customers, these cost £17.50 per day and we just require your driving licence upon arrival.

 

All we expect is to return the vehicle with the same amount on fuel it left our premises with.  (For example if you collected it with 1/2 a tank, please return it with 1/2 a tank), LVS have the right add a charge to your invoice if fuel is not replaced

What parts should be replaced at certain intervals?

Each service interval does involve different parts, while we are undertaking the VHC or an MOT inspection we check for damage, excessive play in moving parts e.g. wheel bearings, track rod ends and general wear and tear of the vehicle. Only parts changed will be those required in the service, you will be contacted for approval if any further issues are found.
