T&Cs Parts and Labour Warranty

  • LVS Warranty – LVS offer a 2-year Parts and Labour Warranty, *CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS APPLY, excludes fair wear and tear, brakes, clutches and the flywheel.
  • If LVS AG supply and fit a Genuine O.E Part supplied by Volkswagen Audi Group, the part warranty is covered through the Main Dealer, this means if a warranty claim is required, the vehicle would need to be booked in via the main dealer (i.e Audi, Volkswagen, Seat or Skoda) with your invoice from LVS Ag Ltd to have the warranty part replaced. LVS will always confirm if the part(s) has failed prior.
  • Vehicles with Performance Software or Remaps Installed – LVS cannot offer any warranty on labour or parts if the vehicle is deemed to have A Remap / Performance Hardware or a Tuning Box installed, as this would change the manufacture specification to which the vehicle was built with.
