After leaving school in 1998 I started a youth training scheme at an independent garage based in Lincoln called Pitstop. Over the 4 years of been employed I progressed to shop manager. In 2009, I moved to what is now Pentagon as a Parts adviser to gain more knowledge of parts and the modern day database systems. In 2011 I found myself missing the interaction with customers and moved to Read Hyundai where I became service adviser. Over an 8 year period I attended various courses and I am now proud to say I gained my masters level service adviser as well as becoming a warranty administrator.
In September 2017 I was contacted by Pat co-owner of LVS. After an initial interview with Jim and Pat I was offered the Service managers role. I have known Pat for many years and after being in the motor trade all my life I’ve heard good things about LVS.
LVS AG are known in Lincoln for their customer service, honest opinion and the whole team has a very much family feel to it. All of this appealed to me and felt I would fit straight in.
I now look forward to the new chapter in my life at LVS and look forward to pushing the business forward going into 2018.
