Since I was little, I’ve always loved cars 🚗
I actually wanted to be a mechanic growing up… but my mum told me I wouldn’t be able to have nice nails and work on cars, so instead I went into selling them!
At 18, I started my journey with Toyota in Grantham as a Sales Executive, not really knowing what I was getting into — but I absolutely fell in love with the motor trade. Over the years, I worked my way through reception, vehicle administration and accounts, eventually progressing my career further with Renault/Mitsubishi Motors and then Volkswagen, where I became an Administrative Supervisor across multiple dealerships.
After being made redundant a few years later, I found my way into a Service Advisor role – and that’s when everything just clicked.
In 2023, I joined Dack Motor Group as a Service Advisor and absolutely loved being front-of-house, helping customers and staying close to the workshop (without getting my hands dirty!). It’s the perfect in-between for someone who still secretly wanted to be a mechanic.
After nearly two years, I went on maternity leave to welcome my beautiful baby girl 🤍 Becoming a mum has definitely changed my perspective, and I knew I wanted to return to work part-time so I can enjoy these early years with her.
The timing couldn’t have been more perfect with LVS expanding – and now here we are. LVS is exactly where I need to be 💙
