In 2022, Pat offered me an opportunity to join the team at LVS as I felt I was been held back at the dealer, since then Pat has invested in myself by putting me through various training courses to increase my knowledge to which I was eager to learn.
My daily duties now involve Servicing, Engine Diagnostics, Alignment along with being an MOT tester for the company. Here at LVS we are busy on a daily basis, however, it is far from pressured, which makes for a refreshing change over the dealer way.
