I have worked within the motor trade since leaving college in 1996. My career began at Partic Motor Spares, where I started as a delivery driver. During my 12 years with the company, I gradually became more involved in the sales side of the business, taking on responsibilities ranging from stock control to order processing. As time progressed, I felt ready for a new challenge.
In 2008, I joined Fisher Motor Factors as a Sales Representative, covering the Lincolnshire area and specialising in workshop equipment sales. It was during this time that I met Andrew Bower of LVS in Lincoln. We quickly discovered a shared passion for cars and performance, and I found myself visiting the garage more frequently.
After five years at Fisher Motor Factors, Andy approached me with an exciting idea. He wanted to expand the already established LVS business into the performance market—something we were both deeply passionate about. In early 2013, LVS Racing was formed to focus on performance software and hardware, and I became a partner in the business, officially joining the LVS family.
Over the following years, I took on a variety of roles within the company, and in 2016 I became General Manager of the overall business.
Late in 2016, Andy shared that he was considering a career change and was looking to sell LVS, a business he had built over the previous decade. It came as an even greater surprise when he offered the opportunity to me.
During my time at LVS, I’ve met many fantastic people and built lasting friendships—one of which is Jim Marshall, a true petrolhead who shares my passion for cars and performance. Jim was looking to invest, and combining my knowledge of the business with his strong business acumen, we believe we make a fantastic team.
Together, we are committed to growing LVS and strengthening the LVS family even further in the years ahead.
